    This Privacy Policy explains how the Secret Map mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the
    “Application”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of its users.
    Secret Map is published by Templier Studio.

    2. Data collected

    Secret Map collects only the data necessary for the proper functioning of the Application.

    2.1 Data provided by the user

    When creating an account or using the Application, users may voluntarily provide certain
    information, including:

    • email address
    • Apple or Google authentication identifier
    • pseudonym
    • preferences or declarative information related to the use of the Application

    These data are used exclusively to enable the Application’s features.

    2.2 Technical data

    The use of the Application may generate certain technical data such as:

    • device model
    • operating system
    • system language
    • application logs required for security and service maintenance

    2.3 Data related to application features

    Users may voluntarily enter certain data in order to use the Application features, including:

    • personal experiences entered into the application
    • personal statistics
    • preferences

    These data are strictly declarative and are not verified by the Publisher.

    3. Sensitive data and user consent

    Some information entered in the Application may relate to the user’s intimate life and may therefore
    be considered sensitive data under Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    Such data is processed only with the explicit consent of the user.

    Users may withdraw their consent at any time.

    Withdrawal of consent will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of the associated data.

    4. Purpose of data processing

    The collected data are used exclusively for the following purposes:

    • providing access to the Application’s features
    • managing user accounts
    • ensuring the security and stability of the Application
    • improving the user experience
    • performing anonymized statistical analysis

    Secret Map does not sell users’ personal data.

    5. Data storage and security

    Personal data are stored using Firebase infrastructure provided by Google LLC.

    The following services are used:

    • Firebase Authentication
    • Firestore cloud database
    • Firebase Storage

    Data are hosted in GDPR-compliant data centers primarily located within the European Union.

    Templier Studio implements technical and organizational measures to ensure:

    • data confidentiality
    • data integrity
    • data availability
    • protection against unauthorized access

    6. Data sharing

    Personal data are never sold or rented to third parties.

    Some data may be processed by technical service providers necessary for the operation of the
    Application, including:

    Google LLC (Firebase services)

    These providers act as data processors and are bound by confidentiality and GDPR compliance
    obligations

    7. Data retention

    Personal data are retained only for the time necessary to operate the Application.

    Users may delete their account at any time.

    In the event of prolonged inactivity, data may be retained for a maximum period of two years before
    permanent deletion.

    Accounts disabled for more than 90 days may be automatically deleted.

    8. User rights

    In accordance with the GDPR, users have the following rights:

    • right of access to personal data
    • right to rectification
    • right to erasure
    • right to restriction of processing
    • right to data portability
    • right to withdraw consent at any time

    Secret Map implements moderation and reporting mechanisms to prevent abuse and ensure user
    safety.

    Accounts violating the Application rules may be suspended or permanently deleted.

    10. Use by minors

    The Application is strictly intended for users aged 18 years or older.
    Any use by a minor is prohibited and may result in immediate account deletion

    11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

    Templier Studio reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time.
    In the event of significant changes, users will be informed at their next login to the Application.
